This policy explains what ClientAcquisition.io (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit this site or apply for the $15,000 giveaway, why, and the choices you have. Questions: contact@clientacquisition.io.
What we collect
When you apply we collect your name, email, phone number, optional Instagram handle, and your answers to the application questions. We also record your consent choices with a timestamp, the campaign link you arrived from (UTM parameters), the referral link you used if any, your IP address and browser type.
How we use it
- To run the giveaway: confirm your entry, review applications, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, credit referrals, and contact the winner.
- To send marketing emails or texts, only if you opted in to each one separately. Opt out anytime via the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP.
- To measure which ads and pages work, using cookies and the Meta Pixel.
Applying is not a request for a sales call. We never sell your personal information.
Service providers
- Vercel and Upstash: hosting and secure storage of applications.
- Our CRM (Cook / GoHighLevel): storing your entry and sending giveaway and, if opted in, marketing messages.
- Meta: ad delivery and conversion measurement via the Meta Pixel.
Retention and your rights
We keep application data for as long as needed to run the giveaway and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing contact@clientacquisition.io.
